Start by booking a Functional Movement Screen. Here we use a screening tool where we run the body through a series of tests to evaluate 7 fundamental movement patterns. These highlight opportunities for improved movement and performance. From there, we can build a customized performance enhancement plan based on your sport and movement patterns.
