CONCUSSION MANAGEMENT

Rest is no longer considered the best approach for concussion care and management.

 

Research now shows that using various therapies early on can reduce recovery time and significantly improve recovery after a concussion to get you back in the game sooner.


So if you:

  • have had a recent concussion diagnosis (or multiple)

  • are still experiencing symptoms such as headaches, dizziness, fogginess, balance or visual issues 

  • are feeling limited in your daily activities (ie: focusing at school or work, sidelined from sport)
