REHAB + RECOVERY

Our patients come to us for rehab + recovery when they have experienced a sport related injury, a recurring injury or pain that’s keeping them from activity, or have had a recent surgery they want to rehab quickly.

It's generally when they realize they've been spending more and more time icing, heating, resting, medicating and Googling “how to heal XYZ…” that they decide it's time for some professional help.

If you're ready to get back to the activities you love without being dependent on painkillers, practitioners or surgery, we're here to help you rehab + recover.

Some common complaints we see requiring rehab + recovery:

  • muscle or ligament sprains, strains or tears

  • pain, tightness, soreness

  • joint stiffness, dislocation or joint pain

  • back pain, nerve pain, sciatica or disc issues (ie: herniations)

  • fractures, breaks and other post surgical rehab

  • headaches, vertigo, dizziness

Your body knows how to heal. You're ready to recover.

Together we’ll focus on diagnosing the actual cause of pain (often not what or where we think), and re-train the brain-body connection to accelerate healing, improve overall function and prevent future injury so you can stay in the game longer.
