I have been a member of Canada’s National Track and Field Team since 2011 and during those 9-years I have not been treated by a better practitioner than Dr. Darcy Worthylake. He treated me for 2 seasons, during which I was recovering from an ankle surgery and multiple serious shoulder injuries. Dr. Worthylake was able to treat these injuries and restructure my movement patterns to keep me competing at a high level.
With his help, I was able to win back to back Canadian Championships in the Javelin and maintain my rank of #1 in Canada. Dr. Darcy is a very good rehabilitation teacher and very humorous. He came to the wrestling team to do rehabilitation training and there were things I have never seen before that have helped me a lot in my training, especially my ankles. I need to loosen up every class, and I need acupuncture. I did not expect that the acupuncture to work so well. I hope he can come to China wrestling team again. I miss him very much.

I feel that Dr. Darcy's recovery method is very good. Every time I have pain in my leg, the pain goes away quickly with his recovery training. Working with Darcy was amazing. I am a World Championship sprint medallist and was barely able to walk in the mornings from major achilles problems.
